Mothers for Mothers provides vital ante and postnatal illness support for mums and mums-to-be experiencing depression or anxiety.  Run by women who have suffered depression and/or anxiety following the birth of a child, this Bristol charity offers a helpline, counselling services and support groups and also makes home visits.  It also supports mums-to-be. www.mothersformothers.co.uk

St Mary Redcliffe’s outreach programme works in partnership with local people and organisations on issues which affect them.  This includes Redcliffe Care, which itself has a partnership with Linkage and focuses on older peoples’ needs, and Faithspace, a community centre which provides local people with a wide variety of activities.  www.stmaryredcliffe.co.uk
